Finishing House/ R&D & QC / Chemical Manufacturing/ Recovery/ ETP
3- TPM & Lean Manufacturing
BE/B.Tech with experience in TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and
Other Quality Enhancement Tools
Management:
1- Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance or equivalent with experience in Finance &
Accounts/ Resoure Mobilization/ Audit & Internal Budgetry Control/ Taxation/
Forex/MIS/ Risk Management & Insurance
2- Marketing: MBA in marketing / International Business with experience in Domestic and
International markets.
3- HR & Admin: MBA in Human Resource/ Industrial Relations or MSW with rich experience in
Strategic Talent Management
4- Supply Chain:MBA with Operation with experience in building Strategic Relationship across
the Organization's Supply Chain
5- IT: MCA/ B.Tech with experience in SAP/ Web Designing and Development/ Infrastructure/ Networking/Information Security
