- Candidate will also be required to process various jobs which include but not limited to Taxation, Accountancy, Payroll, Debtor Management, Statutory Financial statements etc. Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information for small businesses (accountancy)
- Run & lead the process performance in line with the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and targets.
Job Requirements :- High standard of computer literacy
- Good verbal English skills
- Related Experience of at least 3-5 years post CA

Job Description :- Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual accounting to meet statutory requirements.
- Maintaining the best accounting practice and financial control over all company transactions.
- Effective cash flow, Receivables and working capital management.
- Periodical review of robustness of Sales Incentive Plan and Calculation of Sales Incentive before disbursal.
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial management systems in collaboration with management team.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations including dealing with external bodies including Service Tax, Auditors, Income Tax and other statutory bodies.
- Manage banking and government relationships effectively.
- Develop and implement financial statistical measures to evaluate the existing and future financial situation and make timely recommendations to the senior management concerning major changes in the existing environment.
- Ability to contribute to the commercial and strategic development of the business.
Job Requirements :- Qualification CA
- 7-8 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance, taxation, MIS, Budgeting. 4-5 years of Big 4 audit firm experience and 4-5 years of service industry experience will be ideal.
- Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office productivity software
- Very strong analytical skills, oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and ability to organize
- Interaction with government agencies
- Able to establish goals and meet department and corporate objectives
