• Watch industry trends and use industry insights and inputs to strategy, Sales Campaigns.
• Conduct significant amounts of secondary research and document those findings in research deliverables
• Collect, analyze, interpret and verify information from a variety of sources (From different Search engines) for inclusion in a number of database formats and compile information in various database formats.
• Mentor / lead the research analyst team

• Create value packs for the desired accounts (regarding Vertical, Industry, and Companies etc using a variety of sources of information).
• Building Databases for the business inside sales team of Business Development.
• Responsible for qualitative and quantitative analysis

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum 2-3 years data analysis and research experience in an IT Services & solutions company
2. Proven experience in assisting business development team
3. Prior experience in Tier-2 / Tier-3 IT services companies would be an advantage
4. Hands-on with MS-Office, Salesforce CRM
