Position : Junior Consultant - Human Capital Management Solutions
Location : Mumbai, India
Job Description :

* Project execution of HCM technology & well understanding of employee Hire to Retire cycle for different industry verticals.
* Work under Sr. consultant's guidance on opportunities & Projects.
* Delivers project as per defined best practices & SquareOne build Project delivery framework.
Job Requirements :
* Presales Human Capital Management HCM sap or peoplesoft hrms experience of 1 - 3 yrs.
*MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations, Information Technology
Candidate should have worked under implementation, support team of any of the HCM/HRIS solution.
* Candidate should have at least 1 to 3 years of experience of Human Capital Management domain. Either consulting or technologies.
* Must have good communication skills, enthusiasm & self-motivated to proactively work under the guidance of Sr. consultant.
* Must be able to do conversation with customer at different stages of Project Cycle.
* Identifies implementation specific challenges at early stage & reports to PM.
* Should be able to handle consultative engagement with customer rather than product centric conversation. Demonstrate consulting or solution values to the customer. Leverages past experience during the project.
* Working experience with any HCM Principal vendor would be advantage viz. SAPs Success Factor, Oracles Talao or any other niche player in HCM domain.
