Job Designation : Sr. Engineer Electrical Design

Job Location : Chennai, India

Job Description :
- Designing of LV, MV and HV switchgears, transformers
- Designing of medium voltage busbar calculation, PDB etc.
- Designing of switch yard
- Designing of lightening and earthing system (DC, AC and Electronics)
- Designing of transmission line and calculation of losses
- Understanding and able to generate of load flow study report
- Calculation of detailed electrical losses for DC and AC side
- Designing of lighting system of the solar PV plant
- Understanding of solar inverter
- Designing of fuse and isolator rating

- Understanding of all related standards, electrical codes, grid codes etc.
- Understanding of solar PV Plant Performance Ratio testing
- Analysis and identification of right vendors/manufacturer
- Understanding and proficiency of relevant software, if any



Job Requirements :
Over all in-depth knowledge of solar PV plant / philosophy
Capability to determination Cable schedule (DC and AC)
Knowledge and understanding of Harmonic testing
B.Tech/B.E. electrical with 5 - 10 yrs of relavant experience
