Job Description :

• Identifying internal control risks for all major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, LN, Lawson and other Infor ERPs.
• Conduct extensive research and perform detailed analysis of ERP business processes and ERP security models.
• Design intelligent controls that help companies manage risk for all their business processes and ERP security models.

• Build and testing business controls designed for Infor Approva continuous monitoring product suite.
• Document new business and audit controls.
• Identify tables/objects used to store business transactions within SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, LN, Lawson and other Infor ERPs.
• Deliver customer training on best practices on business controls implementation, assist with product demonstrations and any custom development of business controls requirements.

Job Requirements :

1. Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce with 2-3 Years of experience in Finance & Controlling Department OR Chartered Accountant with more than 1 Year of experience in Finance or Audit
2. Should have experience in using an ERP application (LN/Lawson/other Infor ERPs/SAP/ORACLE/PeopleSoft/) to perform daily job duties.
3. Deep knowledge of Business Processes.
4. Audit Background (either working with Audit Firms or handled auditors) would be an added advantage.
5. Candidates working currently in Finance & Controlling Department would be preferred.
6. Strong communication and language skills, both oral and written
7. Strong interpersonal skills
8. The ability to understand software applications

* Working experience with any HCM Principal vendor would be advantage viz. SAPs Success Factor, Oracles Talao or any other niche player in HCM domain.
