• Responsible for controlling the departmental expense budget while effectively maintaining the facilities and continuously focusing on ways to reduce operating expenses.
• All work is performed in compliance with FSSAI and GMP requirements, as well as all state and local requirements relating to health, safety and the environment.

Job Requirements :

1. BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Candidates from Pharma background having exposure of Utility and Project will be prefer.
3. Must possess knowledge of all facility equipment (such as boilers, chillers, compressed air, HVAC, electrical, roofing, etc.) and the supporting utilities within a facility.
4. Must have knowledge of a validated maintenance preventive maintenance system.
5. Experience with PLC, CMMS and Controls systems desirable.
6. Organizational and time management skills
7. Progressive ability, capacity, and aptitude in administration to plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate technical work and to obtain cooperation from others
