Job Description :
  • Identification of new channel partners ( i.e. Brokers / Local Real Estate Agents)
  •     Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
  •     Planning marketing strategies for generating new channel partners
  •     Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  •     Direct and coordinate activities involving indirect sales.
  •     Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  •     Advise dealers/brokers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.


  •     Visit channel partners to stimulate sales.
  •     Construct and deliver Channel Partners related activity reports and  presentations to management as necessary.
  •     Visiting new HNI and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.
  •     Responsible to acquire large Corporate and HNI clients via channel partners to invest in our real estate products.
  •     Responsible for revenue and collections.
  •     Responsible for networking with major Channel Partners, identifying the HNI clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision Makers and getting business for the organization.
  •     Required to be constantly updated with the domestic and 2nd home real estate markets.
  •     Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
  •     Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
  •     Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products
  •     Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts.


Job Requirements :
    Freshers having interest to get into sales.
    A strong Interest in Sales and clear understanding of sales strategies
    Experience in organizing Corporate events

Technical Presales Solutions Architect - Middleware Red Hat Corporation Pune

Job summary
The Red Hat Sales team is looking for a Middleware Solutions Architect to join us in Pune, India. In this role, you will be a highly respected member of the Red Hat team, with broad experience in the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise Java applications. You'll work with the Sales team to provide deep technical insight into the JBoss Enterprise Middleware product portfolio. As a Solutions Architect, you will be in front of customers on a daily basis (through phone and web meetings and in person), and travel to client sites while listening to customers' technical challenges and suggesting various solution paths, understanding that "one size does not fit all." We'll need you to have a deep understanding of JEE and supporting technologies, with experience applying these technologies to solve real-world problems.
Primary job responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales technical support for the development and implementation of partner initiatives
  • Confidently present JBoss Middleware solutions to partners and customers in large groups
  • Own the technical relationships with various units of SI partners, and develop and implement technical enablement plans with partners
  • Educate partners on the capabilities of JBoss Middleware software products, as well as conduct live demonstrations and product positioning through webinars and workshops
  • Jointly develop solutions and help have the GSI-specific solution available on JBoss Middleware
  • Assist partners in porting, migration, and benchmarking activities
  • Provide technical consulting and assist with proof-of-concepts
  • Help and support partners in RFPs, proposals, demonstrations, etc.
  • Work with partners on specific engagements to ensure the successful implementation of JBoss Middleware products
  • Work closely with partners to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and point solutions to realize the synergies between our respective product lines
  • Develop reusable methodologies, tools, and capabilities that combine Red Hat products and services into solutions to solve complex customer challenges
  • Act as the main interface between partners and the Red Hat product teams
  • Maintain technical expertise across the JBoss Middleware product suite



Required skills
  • 8+ years of experience with Java and JEE related technologies
  • Experience in development and deployment on JEE application servers (JBoss AS, BEA WebLogic, IBM WebSphere, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience with Java middleware (preferably WebSphere, WebLogic, or JBoss product suite), software consulting, pre-sales, or software development
  • Excellent software design and development skills
  • Excellent understanding of the JBoss Application Server and other JBoss or competitor middleware products, including ESBs, BPM, and rules technologies
  • Good understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA) concepts, along with practical experience implementing SOA
  • Solid verbal and written English communication skills
  • Expertise in understanding complex technical problems and explaining how middleware software can be used to provide a solution
  • Ability to work well in a team and partner with others to provide the best solutions for Red Hat partners
  • Knowledgeable of open source technologies and industry trends relating to open source
  • Excellent time management, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
  • Experience working on UNIX, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
