  • Checking and finalization of invoices

  • Inter Company accounting 
  • Preparation of monthly stock statement
  • Liasioning with other departments in the organization in respect of day to day activities.
  • Coordination with suppliers for their timely payment.


  • Periodic working & timely Payment of various statutory dues applicable to all entities
  • Issue and collection of C Forms
  • Coordination with Excise & Service Tax consultant for Excise , Customs & Service Tax Audits / Assessment/ Notices/ Refunds/ other matters etc
  • Coordination with bankers for various matters like Preparation of bank Guarantee, export payments, Loan queries, CC renewal etc.
  • Finalization of accounts as per Income Tax Act
  • Coordination with all external agencies related to Accounts & Finance like Statutory Auditor, CA, Various Consultants etc
  • Periodic Reporting to management through MIS reports

Job Requirements :

Chartered Accountant candidate having deep knowledge and experience in Manufacturing Industry (Especially engineering). The candidate should be in the level of manager, Accounts & Finance for a group of 4 business entities. Thus, he should contain in-depth as well as senior level experience. He should have good stability in his career path as well as growth and been worked in the same profile.

Knowledge of Tally ERP9 & SAP system

1. SPOC for all reporting needs of US based parent company

2. Prepare/ Develop necessary financial reporting templates for use of both onshore and offshore stakeholder/ business leaders.

3. Prepare annual/ quarterly budgets for India ops (business-wise)

4. Ability to partner with multiple leaders/ senior leaders at both onshore and offshore location to get inputs necessary to prepare budgets.

5. Tracking and maintaining actual vs. budgeted spend for each business and overall organization with commentary.

6. Rolling forecasts of estimated financial performance- cost side.

7. Tracking payroll and non-payroll costs and initiate dialogues with relevant CoE leader for any unexplained deviations.

8. Implementing robust systems to facilitate real time information (MIS) for decision making.

9. Monthly financial performance reports to each CoE Leader

10. Develop, publish and maintain reporting calendar for both onshore and offshore reports.

11. Support ad-hoc and need based reporting requirements of Finance department.

Job Requirements :
1. Commerce Graduate (only regular) with good academic scores (Score of 60% and above)

2. M.Com.(full-time) / MBA (Finance-full time) / ICWA/ CFA.

3. Excellent Communication Skills (both written & verbal)

4. Excellent command on MS-Office (particularly Excel and MS-PowerPoint)

5. 7+ years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Finance department of a service organization, preferably in IT/ ITeS industry (BPO/ KPO)

6. Must have worked in MIS and Budgeting role for at least 4 years.
