Job Requirements :
Extensive experience in business analysis, design, development, test analysis and support in Life Insurance domain



Experience in working for multiple life insurance products (Term, Whole Life, Universal Life and Variable Universal Life), Group Annuities across multiple geographies India, Continental Europe and North America.

Exposure to various tools and frameworks that incorporate to working policy admin systems

Experience in working scrum teams and managed team size of 12 members

Experience in new product setup across multiple distribution channels

Experience in PAS application maintenance, production support, security profile management and release management.

Experience in PAS application upgrade for CSCs Graphtalk AIA

Experience in data migration from source systems to target PAS systems
Test Scenario & Test Case design for various PA functions during UT phase

Experience in managing projects using SDLC and Agile methodology
Facilitated Daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospection Worked with Product owner on creating Product Backlog and Sprint Backlog

Experience in tracking the progress by Sprint Burn down and Release Burn down Played the role of business technical analyst in responding to RFPs, client presentations, discovery phase and due-diligence activities
