Job Requirements :

    • Minimum 15 years of experience in Managed Services.
    • Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles.
    • ITIL V3 certified expert, must have handled presales role for 2 years plus a good solution writer.
    • US, EU customer exposure is a must.
    • Experience in writing white papers preferred.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Good Team player and must have managed teams and interacted with CXO levels
    • Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization and management, handling service planning  and build solutions

Job Location : Pune, India

Job Description :
  • Take leadership in making the case for Zensars DE services with CXOs of prospects and customers
  • Support the sales organization in identifying and developing new business opportunities for Digital Enterprise Transformation services.
  • Conduct/facilitate  the DE workshops, a  consulting led intervention for creating a DE vision for enterprises
  • Work closely with the DE core team to refine value propositions based on market and industry intelligence
  • Capability to work with VBUs to articulate and conceptualize Digital solutions in Zensar chosen verticals  Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail
  • Maintain and develop relationships with C-suite level executives.
  • Support top management & sales with industry presentations and ideate on marketing strategies as well as growth opportunities.
  • Will contribute the Digital Strategy for Zensar and drive its execution
  • Work with the Horizontals to define what capabilities the horizontals should be making for Digital to succeed
  • Will define the build/buy/partner plan for Digital technologies / IP / Solutions



Job Requirements :
  • Working knowledge of the products and services available that allow businesses to leverage emerging technologies such as Cloud, Analytics, Social Media and mobility is most important.
  • A track record of having led successful  top management consulting interventions leading to significant downstream services revenue
  • Good experience on consultative selling, executive-level selling, and leadership selling will be most important.
  • Total work experience of 18-20 years with a minimum 15   years of successful consulting and consultative selling experience.
  • Must be adept in facilitating closure of new business deals.
  • Persuasive presenter with demonstrated talent in establishing relationships over the phone and in person
  • Experience in writing compelling proposals
  • Proven track record in performance based environment
  • Willing to travel extensively.
