Job Requirements :
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Managed Services.
- Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles.
- ITIL V3 certified expert, must have handled presales role for 2 years plus a good solution writer.
- US, EU customer exposure is a must.
- Experience in writing white papers preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Team player and must have managed teams and interacted with CXO levels
- Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization and management, handling service planning and build solutions
