Job Description :

  • Identification of new channel partners ( i.e. Brokers / Local Real Estate Agents)
  • Managing Channel partners and drive sales through them.
  • Planning marketing strategies for generating new channel partners
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
  • Direct and coordinate activities involving indirect sales.
  • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
  • Advise dealers/brokers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
  • Visit channel partners to stimulate sales.
  • Construct and deliver Channel Partners related activity reports and presentations to management as necessary. 
  • Visiting new HNI and Ultra HNI clients, with portfolio more than 5cr.
  • Responsible to acquire large Corporate and HNI clients via channel partners to invest in our real estate products.
  • Responsible for revenue and collections.
  • Responsible for networking with major Channel Partners, identifying the HNI clients that could be targeted, building a good relationship with the decision Makers and getting business for the organization.
  • Required to be constantly updated with the domestic and 2nd home real estate markets.
  • Gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities.
  • Responsible for achieving targets set by the organization.
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs and providing them investment options in our real estate products 
  • Taking all necessary knowledge enhancement efforts.


Job Requirements :
  • Freshers having interest to get into sales.
  • A strong Interest in Sales and clear understanding of sales strategies
  • Experience in organizing Corporate events
