Job Description :
  1. Applications maintenance and patching.
  2. Cloning Prod to non-prod environments.
  3. Support Code Migrations.
  4. Productionsupport & problem resolution.
  5. Trouble shooting concurrent managers issues.
  6. Raising and Supporting Oracle Service requests
  7. Setup and maintain DMZ/External Tier configurations.
  8. Support Interfaces and Customizations.
  9. Provide Technical support to business and functional users/teams.
  10. Maintain system health (identifying and stopping runaway or hung process/sessions).
  11. Support and perform major and minor application upgrades.

Job Requirements :
Should have exposure to onsite /offshore model of working.
Good communication.
4 - 8 yrs of relevant experience
