Job Description :

1. Design and develop highly scalable distribute applications
2. Migration and integration with existing suite of applications
3. Working with business stake holders in refining the business requirements and translating into technical requirements
4. Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
5. Performs Technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action for given problems
6. Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to achieve goals
7. Evaluate new options related to technology, offer suggestions to improve processes
8. Perform other duties as necessary

Job Requirements :

1. Hands on Software Engineer with 4 - 6 years of experience
2. Excited to work in Start-up like environment using lean processes
3. Experience of having designed and developed Enterprise Applications with Web Interface
4. Good understanding of Databases like MySQL or MSSQL
5. Evaluated and worked with Open Source Software
6. Expert in JAVA, JAVA EE or Spring or Struts or PHP Framework
7. Exposure to Web Technologies (like HTML, CSS), Mobile App, Open Source CRM and Analytics is preferred but not the mandatory requirement
8. Excellent Communication Skills
9. Excellent Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
10. Strong organizational skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally
11. Collaborative Approach
12. Creative flair and initiative to drive projects single handedly
13. Confidence, to present and explain ideas to colleagues

16.  B.E./B.Tech/MCA from the Top or Premium Institutes (like IIT, NIT etc) with experience of working with Technology Companies (like Yahoo, Flipkart, Amazon, Intuit, Adobe etc) or part of successful E-Commerce Start-ups
