Job Requirements :
  • Able to complete assignments and work orders with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of refrigeration processes and equipment (Glycol and/or Ammonia) Welding skills - TIG & MIG, and/or sanitary welding.
  •  Computer skills required. Must have own hand tools to perform electrical & mechanical repairs.
  • Able to travel between the 3 central coast wineries as assignments develop to support projects, repairs or team development. 
  • Must be able to lift 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
  • Must have good dexterity, vision, talk, and hearing.
  • Person will walk, kneel, bend and stand.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, work from heights and in small spaces, and physically agile to perform required work.
