JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Management trainee has to be multi skilled and techno commercial.
1. He/she has to be efficient in Sales, HR, Admin as well as Finance.
2. He/she has to function the SBU (Strategic Business Unit) which will be assigned to him/her after the completion of training.
3. He/she has to manage the Sales team, understand the Recruitment process, Training as well as Competency Mapping.

LEVEL 2:- TEAM BUILDING AND TRAINING
