•     Brand Management: Strengthening of the brand through conceptualization and development of differentiated brand personality and imagery
•     Brand Activation: Defining the integrated marketing strategy for the brand and guiding the advertising agency in developing creative and customer-relevant advertising
•     Achieve brand objectives by strategic allocation of annual budgets.

•     Test marketing with rigorous BTL activities and conducting post launch evaluation research to evaluate the marketing mix
•     Market Research: Conducting focus groups across different levels to understand brand trends, opportunities and potential vulnerabilities; tracking the market and competition.
•     Business Development Support: Defining, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics, and cost & markup factors
•     Overseeing the activity of business development with MT and developing tools to help in attaining desired results

Job Requirements :

• Should have good communication skills
• Should be comfortable with Hyderabad location
• 5 - 10 years of experience in brand management and strategy

Key Responsibilities Non-Functional

• Conduct training sessions with product development team, account management team, product support team, training team and testing team to ensure that these teams understands the functional specifications for each release and support and guide them during the product development
• Responsible for managing the user documentation for the product
• Support sales and marketing team in preparing and holding product presentations for potential customers as well as support them in responding to RFIs/RFPs
• Responsible for activities related to conducting user group forums and other customer forums to develop customer relationships
• Attending IATA conferences / trainings in your relevant functional areas and conducting sessions for the product team
• Lead and guide a team of Junior Product Managers
• Closely work with the other product teams and align the product components, to meet the overall vision of the product

Job Requirements : 

• Should have Information Technology (IT) background and worked in the Travel Technology Industry
• Requires more than 5 years of relevant experience in Travel Technology Domain, with at least 3 years focusing on inventory, allotments & revenue management area
• Understanding of the airline industry, market requirements, functional specifications and product development methodologies
• Understanding of PSS domain in general
• Knowledge on UML is appreciated
• Understanding of the entire travel supply chain is desirable
• High level understanding of available related products in the industry is desirable
• Understanding of product management principles is desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communications skills with spoken & written English as mandatory pre-requisite
• Ability to work with virtual teams
• Good interpersonal skills
