Job Description :
  •     Brand Management: Strengthening of the brand through conceptualization and development of differentiated brand personality and imagery
  •     Brand Activation: Defining the integrated marketing strategy for the brand and guiding the advertising agency in developing creative and customer-relevant advertising
  •     Achieve brand objectives by strategic allocation of annual budgets.
  •     Formulating and executing marketing activities (ATL/ BTL) to promote products


  •     Product Management: Analyzing market trends and competition to develop the product strategy i.e. Product Mix, Pricing, Positioning, Sales Promotion and Distribution
  •     Developing strategic pricing & promotions in response to market trends and consumer insights
  •     Developing innovative packaging and merchandising to aid visibility in retail and modern trade
  •     New Product Development: Setting the stage for the national launch of new products, including test marketing the marketing mix, SKU mix, and pricing in coordination with R&D, packaging and finance departments
  •     Test marketing with rigorous BTL activities and conducting post launch evaluation research to evaluate the marketing mix
  •     Market Research: Conducting focus groups across different levels to understand brand trends, opportunities and potential vulnerabilities; tracking the market and competition.
  •     Business Development Support: Defining, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy based on knowledge of organizational objectives, market characteristics, and cost & markup factors
  •     Overseeing the activity of business development with MT and developing tools to help in attaining desired results

Job Requirements :
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Should be comfortable with Hyderabad location
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in brand management and strategy
