Job Description :
  • Manage an incident management team in charge of:
  • Defining and monitoring incident management processes and related SLAs, in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture Team/Department in charge of defining SLAs


  • Handling escalation and major / critical incidents
  • Informing regional and local partners
  • Ensuring providers coordination to restore the service within defined SLAs
  • Tracking ticket reallocation between service desk (level 1), onsite support (level 2) and partners (level 3) to avoid ping pong
  • Implementing incident management best practices (ITIL referential)
  • Seek continuously opportunities to improve processes and their overall quality

Job Requirements :
  • To be considered for this role, candidate need to demonstrate the following skills experience and attributes:
  • Graduated with an engineering degree, preferably in information technology, you have at least 7-10 years of experience in Incident Management. You have a strong experience in ITIL practices
  • As a senior manager you demonstrate good communication, leadership and change management skills. You are result oriented and show intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  • Fluent in English, you are eager to work with autonomy in an international environment and to face the challenges of the new Alstom
