Job Description :
- Should have strong working knowledge in configuration, system design, development and gathering user requirements
- Continuously looking for process optimization and innovation
Resolving the support issues as per the SLA agreement with client
- Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data
- Coordinating with End-Users, Super Users for Level III support
- Providing day-to-day operational and process support to users
- Preparing the development functional specifications and testing in the test system. Providing assistance for UAT
- Attend KT sessions and updated knowledge with issues
Job Requirements :
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Candidate should have good communication skills
- Strong Analytical skills,Business acumen and customer focus
- Strong consultative and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to earn trust and respect from internal stakeholders and partners
- B.Tech/B.E with 0-3 years experience
