Job Description :

• Comparable company valuation: trading and transaction multiples, computation of Enterprise Value etc.
• Preparation of detailed pitch books.
• Preparation of marketing material such company profiles, newsletters etc.
• Industry overview/research.
• Collecting financial data using on-line and other data sources such as Thomson one banker, Capital IQ, Reuters, Bloomberg etc .
• Creating and maintaining databases.
• Developing company's operating metrics in conjunction with their relevance in different sectors/ companies.
  Handling ad hoc research requests as per client requirements.

Job Requirements :

• Strong Accounting and financial skills.
• Eye for details and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time.
• Good MS Office Skills.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of database tools.
• Ability to identify proactive ways to contribute to firms goals & mission.
• Bachelor's/Masters degree with a major in economics, accounting or from a reputed institute with 6 months-5 years experience in the similar profile.
