- Application support-desk side for business applications.
- Hardware support (trouble shooting, configuration, assembling, maintenance, installations etc.) & maintenance of total hardware inventory.
- MS outlook 2003, 2007, related resolve skills.
- Installation of Windows 2000/XP/2003/2008.
- Backup Operation and Monitoring.
- Assembling of new PCs and Configuration & installation internal and LAN cards for Internet.
- Installation different O/S, Assembling, Disassembling, Hardware Implementation.
Job Requirements :
Desktop and Hardware related troubleshooting knowledge
Basic Knowledge of Linux is additional advantage.
