Job Requirements :
- Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline with additional degree / diploma in Management.
- Minimum 12 years experience out of which at the recent 5+ years experience in Training.
- Experience in managing overall Training - Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
- Six Sigma Green / Black belt preferred
- Good oral and written English communication skills and Presentation skills.
