Job Description :
- Candidate will be responsible for internal Hiring.
- Sourcing, Screening & selecting the CVs from Portals.
- Conduct the telephonic interviews for out station candidates in Pan India.
- Must have experience in IT/ BPO recruitment.
- Scheduling, Follow-up, Coordination with candidate to ensure show-up and feedback from interviewer.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop relationship and to understand overall needs and requirements.
