Job Description :
This position is a part of Corporate Support team.
The MIS executive shall be responsible for data mining, data management and generating reports by coordinating with the various departments.
- Preparation of daily report for sales, analysis of trend, periodical receivable and collection report for all the levels of management
- Prepare YTD, MTD, WTD reports for all revenues.
- Ensuring timely consolidation of information data and other reports.
- Assisting various department Heads in making presentation and reports.
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage large databases.
- Flexible to deal with frequently changing requirements.
- Personally taking initiative, ability to work independently & effectively with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Ability to multi-task, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Should have good command over advance excel functions like Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Consolidation, Filtering, Sorting, Count if, sum if etc.
- Any Graduate with a good communication.
- Excellent command over English both spoken and written
- Good listening skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Good Knowledge of Internet Surfing
- Should be able to work in Shifts
