Job Description :
- Functional setups & Configuration
- Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action
- Provide user support and follow up on support tickets
- Coordinate with Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for custom development and ticket resolution.
- Functional Testing/ Delivery Verification.
- User Manuals and other project documentation.
- User Training on standard features and custom developed features.

- Experience in customization of various modules in ERP System as per user requirements
- Experience in importing/migrating legacy data
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Experience working on client location
- Experience in training to end users on ERP
- Valid Passport
- Willingness to travel abroad
