Job Description :
- Plan the service schedules on Day to Day basis.
- Planning and monitoring the service related issues and resolving them.
- Update the production, Q.C team with regard to service issues.
- Analyze the root cause of problems and take the decision of warranty.
- Providing technical support and field visit in case of product complaints.
- Providing & delivering efficient quality services to clients.
- Monitor spare parts stock and ensure its availability at all times.
- Update service calls on ERP
- Educate customer on Maintenance practice.
- Conduct review meeting with the Engineers & technician's for better support.
- Guiding the technicians, reviewing & taking strategy for improving the customer care process .Under stand the customers requirements and advice accordingly
- Handle warranty issues for Parts/service accordingly
- Prepare regular service reports based on customer feedbacks so as to address the problems and eliminate them.
- Monitor the service rendered by getting feedback from customers
- Maintain good relation with customer
Job Requirements :
- Diploma/ Mechanical engineer with 2 - 5 years of experience in the field of service and maintenance in a manufacturing industry.
Candidate should be dynamic, self driven and willing to travel.
Should be able speak local languages. Spoken Telugu is an added advantage.
Candidates preferably from areas close to Nelamangla, Tumkur, Peenya, Jalahalli OR should be willing to relocate to the nearest bus pick up point.
