Job Requirements :
- 5+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development field
- 2+ years experience performing test activities for various platforms: ERP, SFDC, Renewals, Quoting, Marketing, Licensing and other applications
- Experience with Oracle databases using SQL or PL/SQL
- Experience in validation of data flows and integrations of multiple upstream and downstream applications using EAI, TIBCO or Fusion middleware
- Experience with designing Test Scenarios and Test Cases covering functional, integration and end-to-end testing
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
- Result oriented and have a high degree of accountability, commitment, and responsibility
- Knowledge of current industry-wide Quality & Test processes and practices, tools, and techniques
- Effective written/oral communication and negotiation skills
- Must demonstrate good time management skills and be able to prioritize work to successfully meet all deliverables and timeframes
- Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression)
- Thorough and detailed understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall is required.
