- Making calls to the clients, solve the queries, Inter departmental coordination,
- Provide support, service and guidance to the client on continuous basis.
- Coordinate with HODs.
- Train and maintain back office software at various broker locations
- Should be able to work independently.
- Escalating client queries through emails and calls
Job Requirements :
Smart, good communication skill, Problem solving capabilities, should have knowledge in Word, Excel, Power Point.
Exp:- 1 to 15 years Experience of back office in Stock Broking is required. Any Graduate.
