Job Description :
- Manage and participate in the creation of Mechanical and Electrical Building Information Models with multiple teams.
- Utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) at the corporate and the project levels.
- Conceptual Design, Design Coordination Services using Design Coordination Software, Standards Checking using Standards and Coordination Software, and Interaction with clients and other consultants throughout all Disciplines e.g. Structure, MEP experience in various Building Information Modeling (BIM) Platforms and Tools.
- Ability for installation & commissioning of piping related jobs for various types of applications i.e fire fighting,RO water for domestic & industrial projects ,sound knowledge for pump selection,head calculation,installation & commissioning on functional & logical basis.
- Heating & cooling load calculations.HVAC project execution,installation & commissioning
- Creating air flow schedule.
- Placement of mechanical equipment (AHU, CHILLERS, BOILER ETC). Logical & physical connections.
- Manual and auto layout for ducting and piping. Duct and pipe sizing.
- Efficient in material calculation for HVAC & filteration piping assignments,material selection, Ordering,Vendor development etc.
- Able to work in drawings on AUTOCAD
