- Elicit requirements and assist in defining objectives
- Analyze requirements and design solutions to achieve objectives
- Write accurate and complete functional and technical specifications
- Write user stories and manage product backlogs
- Coordinate Effort estimation of Product customization/Implementation requirements per business needs in collaboration with Project team and will be SPOC for BD team, as required
- Write and maintain project documentation for each implementations, as required
- Verify accuracy and completeness of work against acceptance criteria for product upgrades as well as implementations
- Report progress to Sr. Mgmt. and raise issues and risks
- Build and maintain excellent relationships and good will with clients
- Maintain realistic expectations among all parties and stakeholders
- Develop, configure, and document existing systems and new product offerings to meet clients needs
- Work closely with the Product Manager to fully understand and develop overall project and product functional requirements.
- Define technical and systems configurations and requirements supporting business requirements
- Coordinate and support joint application discussions; cross functional unit discussions to define business requirements
- Transform ideas into usable, thorough work requirements for designers and the development team
- Plan and manage phases/sprint cycles of product development in conjunction with Product manager
- Manage, document, and communicate change in requirements
- Maintain and manage project issue logs
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with the appropriate business users and UAT team
- Use applications and systems environment knowledge to proactively diagnose complex situations to analyze underlying systems causes of issues
- Ability to translate technically complex information into information which can be digested by line of business personnel
- Evaluate new technologies while observing constraints (cost, time frame, authentication, security).
- Provide consultative insight /marketable solutions describing how LMS users learning experience can be further enhanced through use of learning technology and various configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Lead discovery meetings with customer to understand their business requirements, recommend business priorities, and advise customers on options, risks, and costs
- Develop requirements and test cases as user stories, including workflow and technical diagrams
- Work with software developers to communicate requirements, discover solutions and help define the companys approach to solving customers business problems.
- Work with quality assurance team to ensure understanding of business requirements and assist with testing as necessary.
- Analyze the impact of changes across existing customer implementations.
Job Requirements :
- Previous C# .NET development experience
- Proven skills in large scale/enterprise projects;
- Ability to develop strategic change plans with demonstrated excellence in writing skills;
- 2+ years of experience with designing and configuring learning management systems is highly desirable.
- Experience presenting to and working with senior management team members;
- Comfort performing at both strategic and tactical tasks is also a requirement.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and on projects of a diverse scope, and capable of in-depth evaluation and analysis.
- Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of creating project plans, software estimations and status reports
- Contribute to application architecture and development standards
