Job Description :
This role will be responsible for providing analytical and modeling support across many different areas of Continuum, from Service Delivery to Finance
Work closely with the US-based Analytics team and Service Delivery team (both US and Mumbai-based) to lead business intelligence initiatives to provide visibility into Mumbai-based service delivery operations and drive productivity, efficiency and service improvement initiatives
Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data and generate reporting and analysis.
Leverage Continuums business intelligence software platform (Tableau Software) to create and modify reports to support the organizations ability to accurately track key service delivery, customer and company-related metrics
Assist in the development of models and reports to analyze business performance across the company, some examples of which include service delivery productivity metrics, product profitability analysis, staffing models, pricing studies, and competitive and industry benchmarking
Support the US-based Analytics team in the institution and maintenance of a company-wide analytics framework, with established metrics definitions, structured analyses and a regular reporting cadence across all key functional areas of the organization
Develop and maintain company measurement metrics and scorecards for key initiatives
Support the annual budget process and rolling budget updates by
working between Mumbai-based functional area leaders and the US-based budgeting team to analyze and communicate actual and requested staffing and expenditure levels
Track trends and uncover opportunity in overall cost reduction initiatives
Assist in the preparation of reports for the companys senior management team, Board of Directors and investors
Job Requirements :
6+ years of total experience and 2+ years of experience as an Analyst;
Mandatory Requirement
1)Domain: Business Intelligence & Analytics and Consulting.
2)Superior modeling and Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, etc.)
3)SQL skills and experience with business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Microstrategy, Qlik) and statistical modeling tools (e.g., Minitab, SAS, SPSS)
4) Strong quantitative analysis skills using statistical, forecasting and related techniques to derive meaning and insight from complex data
Desired Skills
Team player
Software industry experience would be a plus
Experience in Tableau would be a strong plus
Educational Qualification:-
Engineering or a graduate degree in Commerce with an advanced degree in Finance / MIS / Mathematics / Statistical or Quantitative Analysis or similar
