- Responsible for Sales & P&L
- Strategize, Develop, Launch FMCG Products and enhance operations
- Open new markets
- Develop marketing plans for the assigned regions
- Source, develop vendors for third party manufacturing & packing
- Develop, implement appropriate MIS
- To draw an action plan for business development, both short term and long term
- Based on the marketing plan, fix KRAs for the next level managers/staff in the department.
- Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for the budgeted sales (top line and bottom-line growth)
- Establishing distribution networks and to achieving desired goals by managing a team of professionals.
- Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain
- Evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales and marketing activities
- Identify and evaluate institutional buyers to achieve the sales targets
- Impart training to new recruits and create awareness on all products
- Introduce innovative initiatives in Sales & Marketing function
- Monitoring cost and logistics
- Responsible for agent/retailer distribution management
- Responsible for building Caf Buddys FMCG brand.
- Exploring new markets and to expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
- Define and implement strategies for market penetration of FMCG products.
- Market intelligence and business planning
