Job Description :
- Generating leads as per decided target by using various sources of communication such as bulk email, calling contacts on catalogues, newsletter.
- Preparing Sales & Marketing Plan for new project launch
- Understand the requirement of Client and offer a suitable Real Estate product.
- To meet prospective clients & Arranging site visits for clients
- Negotiation, Closing the deals & enhancing the revenues of the company.
- Responsible for acquiring new clients;
- Client handling, site meeting, deal closures
- Managing the sales process
- Customer Relationship building and managing Post sales service.
- Lead generation by innovative methods apart from phone calls and direct meetings
- Maintaining and updating client database
- Maintaining MIS and generating required reports
- Responsible for increasing and developing sales
- Closing the marketing deals
- Providing Post Sales Services to Client(s) by regularly updating about the project completion stage, their payment schedule, Billing and Collection on timely basis
Job Requirements :
- People Management
- Work Experience in IPC will be a added advantage
- Develop advertising campaigns that successfully attract target population
- Evaluated target markets and proposed marketing strategies
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Exp - 4 - 10 yrs
- MBA in Marketing
