Job Description :
- Understanding the requirement of the client
- Convincing clients and generating sales
- Follow up with clients
- Lead Generation, Pitching, Explaining products, sending
proposals and fixing appointments over the phone - Keeping track of all leads, convincing leads
- Customer Interaction and follow up
- Other duties related to the activities of the company
- Customer handling on call, closing the deal on call and coordinating with sales force for deal closures.
- Daily reporting & MIS, work on MS excel
Job Requirements :
- Candidates with Experience in Real Estate will be preferred
- Desired profile of the candidate Must have pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and clients handling skills
- No job hopper
- Result oriented
- Candidate should have experience in Tele calling
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage
- Only candidate below age of 35 can apply
- Working on Sundays shouldn't be a problem
- Qualification -MBA mandatory
- Min.Exp. 2 - 4 years
