Job Description :
This position will have the overall responsibility for staffing and leading an IT service delivery center for internal and client engagements. We are looking for a seasoned hands-on leader who has recruited, mentored, and managed teams to take on end to end responsibility in a similar capacity to rapidly build a delivery center. Responsibilities will include infrastructure as well as managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal & external facing business applications and database systems.
You will be responsible for all of the IT functions at the corporate headquarters in Noida and eventually other centres in India as well. You will reporting to the Executive management of the parent company in USA. This is a highly strategic, key leadership position in the company.

Ability to recruit a high performance team. Must possess a network of relationships to facilitate sourcing of high quality candidates
Demonstrated ability to mentor and grow the team as responsibilities evolve and motivate the team to perform to its full potential
Hire, train, evaluate and develop direct reports; ensure that reports have commensurate technical, consulting and communications skills as well as access to resources necessary to successfully carry out their responsibilities
Actively champion a robust talent management process
Cultivate a deep bench of IT leadership and technical talent to deliver results and support future growth
Professional Skills & Experience
Excellent communications skills, suitable not only for team management but also be able to communicate with IT and business partners in the US
Demonstrated track record of meeting aggressive goals and commitments
Knowledge of Staffing or other service industry is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare business services is desirable as well
Skills managing full life cycle activities including requirements, documentation, training, and support
Technical Skills & Experience
Prior experience managing ERP projects, preferably including Oracle Financials is highly desirable.
Prior experience managing Web Applications Development projects. Prior hands-on technical experience developing web based business applications very highly desirable (preferably in Java, PHP, LAMP stack)
Strong knowledge of the IT infrastructure technologies and support functions including helpdesk, networks, database administration, and systems administration
Broad technical background and knowledge of contemporary tools & trends
Education & Experience Requirements
Technical undergraduate education B.Tech or more advanced from a top tier university in India or US
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive IT development and leadership experience in dynamic high growth environment
Should have managed complex systems implementation projects with depth of experience in application development & management
Proven experience as a business focused, change driven, credible leader in a complex and large IT Services firm
Experience in a fast-moving, multi-location, rapidly growing company is required
Prior work experience in US is highly desirable
