Job Description :
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Achieving all revenue targets & objectives in line with the Area Business Plan.
- Working collaboratively with branch head and various departments in head office such as operations, Media and communication, online marketing etc to increase the market impact and boost sales.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with school, colleges and other educational institutions and Successfully Manage all events, fairs and seminars
- Conducting market intelligence for the region and sharing the customer and competitor analysis with the various internal stakeholders.
- Maintain MIS for self and ensure weekly reviews being done with the reporting manager / supervisor reporting business trends and area performance
- Ensure code of conduct laid out by the organization
