Job Designation : Technical Architect

Job Description :
* Drive the requirements workshops, demonstrate the strong salesforce.com functional knowledge and drive the technical solution of the salesforce.com application.
* Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and sales operations.
* Lead the solution architecture, design based on the requirements
* Develop and maintain visualforce, AppExchanges, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
* Implementing and managing various complex sales, marketing, legal and services business processes within multiple Org.
* Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally.
* Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to IT/business teams.
Job Requirements :
* Extensive hands-on experience on Salesforce.com
* Strong hands on experience on Apex Code, VisualForce, Salesforce Mobile implementation, Apex Data Loader, .Net 3.5 frame work, Ajax, Web services Integration is must
* Knowledge on HTML, Ruby on Rails, Adobe Flex, Java script is required
* Middleware - Oracle ESB/TIBCO/Web Methods
* Database - Oracle, DB2, SQL Server (Any one or more) - Data Modeling Experience will be added advantage
* Good understanding of Salesforce functionality - Account management, Contact Management, Opportunity management, Campaign Management, Lead Management, Forecasting, Reports, Products Management, Workflows and Approval processes, etc.
* Communicate effectively with team members and customer to gain the required knowledge to perform these tasks
* Generic Managerial Skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Should be flexible to travel/client facing roles
