Education: B.Tech Mechanical preferably with Post Graduation in Business Administration
Experience:
10 12yrs experience preferably
having the hands on designing experience of at least 5 yrs and worked for engineering services companies.
Business Development exp of Min 3 yrs.
Technical Competencies/Non technical Competencies:
Experience in Marketing and handling OEMs or customer for engineering services projects in auto, bus, commercial vehicles, Tractors and construction equipment etc.
Must know about various design & analysis software
Preparation of Executable Sales Plan
Must have excellent relationship with OEMs
Behavioral Competencies:
Can travel for local and overseas business
Can motivate the team to meet sales targets
Commitment to the organization
Excellent communication & Inter - personal skills
Must have an aptitude towards market research and analysis & latest trends

Job Description :
- Preparation and getting approval of the sales plan for engineering services (CAD, CAE etc)
- Execution of the target sales plan
- Exploring new business opportunities with existing & new clients & can present our services capabilities
- Preparation of RFQ as per customer requirements and interaction with customers
- Interaction with European / foreign Project & business development head
- Revenue realisation as per the terms as and when required
- Coordination with client & Internal team as and when required
- Support Top management for Business plan preparation & execution
