B. EXPERIENCE: Possessing Three years' experience in production of Literacy materials or conducting research in adult education from any Government Department or Autonomous or Statutory Organization or Public Sector Undertaking or Universities or recognized Research

6- Fourteen Assistant Labour Commissioners (Central)/Assistant Welfare Commissioners (Central)/Assistant Labour Welfare Commissioners Central)/Assistant Directors in Grade-V of Junior Time Scale (JTS) of Central Labour Service (CLS), Ministry of Labour & Employment. (SC-2, ST-1, UR-11).
ESSENTIAL: EDUCATIONAL:i) Degree of a recognized University. ii) Diploma in Social Work or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations or Personnel Management or Labour Law from a recognized University/Institution.

Degree in law from a recognized University.
