Position : Assistant Engineer - mech-II (Packing Plant)
Location : Chittaurgarh, Rajasthan
Job Description :
- 100% Compliance of Safety in Packing plant Operation & Maintenance (Clinker & Cement and Yard operation) during their shift.
- Ensure During shift maintenance activities of Packer/loading M/c and Clinker loading.
- Ensure proper and accurate loading of cement bags during shift in wagon & trucks.
- Ensure proper and accurate clinker loading in railway wagon.
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of yard.
- Instruct to MTC, CCR Operator, Silo attendant as per Planning.
- To check under loading truck MRP,BAG and week No twice in a shift.
- Check Nozzle working status twice in a shift.
- Check the Nozzle weighment once in a shift of all running packer in shift.
- Wagon planning received from Marketing and wagon placement as per planning.
- Checking placed wagon and ensure that it is loadable.
- Given the wagon loading program to Silo Attendant, CCR Attendant , Contractor supervisor and Material tally checker.
- Ensure the Bag counter is on working.
- After completion of sample wagon loading physical checking (stacking) as per plan.
- If any bag bustage found on loading M/c then check and rectified
- during shift. Ensure that all manpower working on there machine is working as per safety norms.
- Maintain the formats, dispatched details on sheet and stoppage register etc.
- 100 % Participation in WCM activity.
Requirements :
Diploma Mechanical with 2-5 years experience
Experience in working with large cement plant
Thorough knowledge of Plant Maintenance
Exposure to cement industry is a plus
Computer skills and preparation of reports
