Position :  Electronics Engineer

Location : Bangalore, India

Job Profile:
  • Leading the team for development and application of new technologies in the area of Vehicle Electrical & Electronics (Body control module, ECU, EMS, Sensors, Instrument Cluster, wiring harness etc) for 4-Wheelers.
  •  Leading the Company initiatives in the area of building core competencies, technology transfer, building design and test standards and technical documents.


  •  Work on Vehicle networking architecture, developing CAN system, GPS system, Driver Information system and other Electronics system in developing world class Commercial Vehicles.
  •  Responsible for delivering electrical, electronics, software and Telematics systems for Commercial Vehicles.
  •  It includes design and development of Electrical and Electronics and Telematics systems, Vehicle Engg, Manufacturing, AM, Diagnostics, Guided Diagnostics, Telemetric, Purchase, cost controller, Testing and verification, Homologation.
  •  Interact with Govt agencies for homologation of E&E systems.
  •  Develop, guide and motivate people for superior performance.
  • Finalizing the system configurations and Software dataset for various functions.
  •  Responsible for Telematics solution.
  • Interaction with Industry professionals and technology leading suppliers for developing new technologies in current and new vehicle platform.
     
  • Cost control through innovative ideas.
     
  • Risk identification and resolution.
     
  • Responsible for implementation of QMS within the department.
     
  • Leading project for developing Engine Emission reduction technologies through Electronic controls and Engine Management system.
     
  • Leading the team for fulfillment of Various Activities related to Vehicle integration in 3D environment using 3D modeling softwares, schematic software, proto build, design releases, test and validation for various vehicle projects as per NPI process.
     
  • Managing the whole project from Development stage till Productionization.
     
  • Responsible for anchoring the decision cross functionally across global team

 Requirements :
  1. B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics 
  2. Minimum of 20 years of experience in Design and Development of Vehicle Electrical & Electronics.
     
  3. Hands on experience in developing Body control module, ECU, EMS, Sensors, Instrument Cluster, wiring harness and other telematics related parts for 4-Wheelers.
     
  4. Candidates who have worked in a leading Automobile OEMs are preferred.
     
  5. Should be able to finalize the system configurations.
     
  6. Proven track record in leading a team for the development of Vehicle Electrical & Electronics parts.
     
  7. Must have good product knowledge.
  8. Exposure in interacting with Govt agencies for homologation.
  9. Should have Leadership Competencies such as
