Position : Oracle Finance Functional Lead
Location : San Jose, California, USA
Job Description :
- Develop thought leadership in ERP financials including Oracle EBS, Fusion and other Cloud Applications.
- Ability to interact and suggest process improvements to controllers, finance directors, revenue directors, CIOs and IT BSAs.
- Works with customer for end to end implementation independently.
- Perform requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, configurations and testing.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects types, implementation, integration, upgrade and production support.
- Take part in pre-sales and marketing for developing content for finance practice.
- Work in an offshore/onsite model to deliver optimium solution for the customer.
Job Requirements :
- BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Administration, Accountancy
- Strong Finance or Accounting background
- At least 10 years experience with Oracle Financials implementation/upgrade, 11i and R12
- Expertize in all financial (GL, AP, AR, FA, CE), EB Tax and procure to pay modules in Oracle EBS
- Experience with global roll-outs including localizations and globalizations
- R12 Certified, at least 3 R12 end to end implementation experience
- Experience conducting global workshops
- Should have very strong communication skills, including presentations skills
- Thorough knowledge in the following writing skills: writing Business Requirements, preparing solution design documents, and preparing proposals with cost estimation
