Jharkhand Space Applications Center (JSAC) under Department of Information Technology, Govt. of Jharkhand is a premier Remote Sensing Center established in the year 2003 with its space application activities taking the lead and initiative for the overall development of the State.
Jharkhand Space Application Center (JSAC), Ranchi has to recruit bright, hardworking, reliable and competent professional on purely contract basis in JSAC. The posts are on contract basis for a minimum period of one year and further extendable based on the performance.The reservation rules of Government of Jharkhand.
1- Position : Junior Scientist
Minimum Essential Educational Qualification:-
B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with first class from recognized Institution/University.
Experience: In the field of digital survey (DGPS/ETS) will be preferred.
Desirable: Working experience in the field of Remote Sensing and GIS.
Age up to 35 years as on 15/11/2014, Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidate and 3 years for BC Candidates.
2- Position : Surveyor (Technical Assistant)
Minimum Essential Educational Qualification:-
ITI / Diploma or certificate in Surveying with first class from a recognized Institution or Diploma in Civil Engineering with first class from recognized Institution/University with relevant work experience in the the field of digital survey (DGPS/ETS).
Desirable: Working experience in the field of Surveying, Remote Sensing and GIS.
Age up to 35 years as on 15/11/2014, Age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST candidate and 3 years for BC
Candidates.
Note:
- The candidates will be screened out on the basis of minimum required qualification. The screened candidate will be called for interview and the final list will be prepared on the basis of merit list of interview.
- Intimation regarding conduct of interview will be sent separately to the eligible candidates. Decision of JSAC will be final in this regard.
- The place of posting will be at Ranchi. However, the nature of job is to carryout DGPS survey in field anywhere in whole Jharkhand State, as & when required.
- The appointment will be purely on contract basis.
- Candidates who do not possess the prescribed educational qualifications as on 16.10.2014 NEED NOT APPLY.
- The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can register their application only through ON-LINE mode.
