Job Description :

• Lead and Guide the customer on Manufacturing Operation Transformation Journey based on Industry Best practice and leveraging technology advancement.
• Program Management Set the expectation and flawless execution by proactive risk management of program, strong governance with regular reporting and review
• Collaborate with various customer & Internal stakeholders to understand the business, functional and technical needs
• Responsible for Consulting and Definition MOM Transformation with recommendation of Technology
• Assessment and benchmark of plant on current practice and recommend change in process, system, KPI and organization.
• Development and implementation of MOM solution and Support
• Represent the applications on various customer forums to understand the feedback, fitment and changes needed
• Work Estimation, Resource planning and learning development
• Support Pre-Sales technical support to potential new customers
• Needs to travel to customer location in short time.
• Mentor, Coach and Develop teams for Delivery Readiness .

Job Requirements :

• Shop floor experience in Production, Quality, Maintenance Process of Manufacturing, CPG, Chemical and Discrete Goods Industry and understanding of Plant Key performance Index
• Technical expertise with Certification on Best of breed of Manufacturing Execution System Product Suite such as GE Proficy, Apriso- Felxnet, Siemens Siematic IT, Rockwells Factory Talk Production Center, Invensys Wonderware/ ArchestrA
• Knowledge on Industry Standards as ISA S95, S88 and ERP integration
• Atleast two counts of direct experience in consulting/definition/ development/ rollout of Manufacturing Operations System with a large customer. Ability to define Business Requirements based on Industry Best practices
• Ability to define technical architecture, solution and components to leverage COTS product
• Strong leader who is able to work and influence across various Customer stakeholders, Product Vendors. Need to drive programs successfully
• Self-starter and takes ownership: able to take lead, guidance, create plan and get alignment, and then execute.
• Global Customer experience with Strong Program management skills
• Knowledge of Control system Automation of plant and ERP
• Active participation in MESA
• PMP / ITIL certification shall be a plus
