Job Description :
Electrical load schedule
Transformer, Diesel Generator, UPS and Inverter Sizing
HT , LT cable sizing, Voltage drop calculations, Cable Schedule
Single line diagram
Lighting, Power , Control and conduit layout
Cable tray sizing and routine layout
Power and raceway layout, Substation layout
Short circuit calculation. Earthing layout, Lighting protection layout
Preparation of tender documents, Schedule of Quantities
Technical bid analysis, Vendor document review
Approval of shop drawings of Contractor
Approval of As built drawings, handing over documents
Co-ordination with other disciplines, Client, Contractor, Architect
Attending techno-commercial meetings
Attending site meetings and handle site issues in co-ordination with design
Co-ordination between Architect and Design , Drafting team for MEP Services
Basic concepts of project management.
Analysis of the drawings of LT Substation to End Point and planning projects.
Quantifying the materials from approved drawings.
Preparing Rate Analysis for Extra items.
Preparing Material & Drawing Submittals.
Documentation as per ISO.
Approving the Drawings and Makes of Materials from Clients, Consultants and
Architects
Preparing Indents through ERP.
Preparing Rate Analysis of Extra Material and Variation.
Attending Meetings with clients on site and understanding the actual needs
Follow up of the material requirements on the site.
Generating Enquiries and preparing quotations.
Job Requirements :
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Power Electronics
4to 8 years experience in construction firm
Experience of working on any ERP software
Project Management
Engineering Drawings
