Job Designation : Business Analyst

Job Description :

• Work with multiple Business Departments and IT teams to capture requirements and help implement solutions.
• Develop Project Plans in conjunction with IT. Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Liaise with Business unit sponsors, stakeholders and IT partners on a regular basis to ensure communication of status and issues.
• Ensure new business requirements are thoroughly vetted and signed off by HODs and then understand how these requirements fit into the corporate requirements or can be leveraged by other business units.
• Ensure proper communication of business requirements across stakeholders to ensure solutions are consistent with business unit standards at organization level
• Perform cost/benefit analysis and communicate value proposition
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks according to critical .
• Think strategically and provide insight into how to improve existing business and technology processes.
