Job Title : QA Testing Team Members and Team Lead
Job Description:
- Perform automation/manual testing on all applications from the earliest opportunity with rigour & precision and before any application goes live with a client Develop automation framework based on the requirement.
- Write Automation utilities or test-cases depending upon the project requirement Communicating all test issues effectively and executing procedures in order to arrive at the appropriate fix Managing the daily workload of a Tester and giving direction on projects Taking ownership of the Automation testing of the application or project under test.
- Responsibility for driving forward the project automation test strategy. Analysis of projects/applications and come up with the Automation framework development/enhancement plan.
- Develop new Automation testing framework or Enhance existing framework based on the requirement.
- Mentoring fellow team members, reviewing automation test scripts. Ability to drive automation in a project.
Requirements :
- Experience in Web application testing.
- Min. 2 years of exp.
- Should have experience in Selenium with C#.
- Should have experience in developing automation frameworks for web, rest-services etc.
- Defect management and reporting.
- Strong analytical and business mind.
- AGILE & SCRUM experience Nice to haves / not essential
- Experience in Jasmine/ Qunit Experience in automating windows based application SQL and advanced Query Experience in automation using Coded UI.
- Knowledge about any scripting language Experience using frameworks.
Excellent communicator. Will always be working in a team environment with developers, adaptability as we are looking for someone that can shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly Proactive Ability to identify and discuss improvements to existing processes /implementations.
