Job Description :
The Red Hat Global Operations team is looking for a Salesforce.com reporting specialist to join our team in Pune, India as a Data Information Analyst. In this role, you will work with cross-functional business groups to understand Salesforce.com reporting requirements, as well as build reports and dashboards for various business requirements. You'll also build business use cases and propose various reporting needs. We'll need you to have excellent decision making capabilities, as well as an advanced knowledge of sales operations and data structures.
Primary job responsibilities :
- Gain a good knowledge of the Red Hat business model and a good understanding of Global Operations
- Build Salesforce.com reports and dashboards for business users
- Coordinate between operations stakeholders and small and medium enterprise resources in addressing business requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree, with 3-5 years of experience
- Ability to understand, analyze, and solve problems
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven ability to document business requirements
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of sales operations and data structures within different business areas
- Proven ability to perform difficult analytical tasks with minimal supervision
- Development experience with various types of business sales reports, e.g. accounts with or without contacts, opportunities with accounts
- Ability to follow reporting best practices
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com objects and tables structure; understanding of various report types, e.g. tabular, summary, metrics, join
- Expertise in building dashboards and reports and their limitations; familiarity with bucket fields, custom fields, and cross filters
- Familiarity with reports performance improvement techniques
